  3. Hacer un merengue con las claras y azúcar blanca y reservarlo
  4. Acremar la mantequilla hasta que esponje, agregar el azúcar glass, aproximadamente 15 min, hasta que cambie de color, agregar las yemas uno por uno y después agregar el chocolate derretido
  5. Agregar los ingredientes secos, luego añadir el colorante rojo, por último intercalar con el merengue
  6. Vaciar en un molde y hornear a 180° por 30 o 40 min, después dejar enfriar y retirar los bordes del bizcocho.
  7. Para el frosting acremar el queso crema, luego agregar la ralladura con el zumo de limón y la esencia de vainilla
  8. Por último agregar la crema batida y mezclarlos, si no está muy dulce agregar azúcar glass al gusto
  9. Comenzar a rellenar y decorar las capaz del bizcocho, cubrir parte del bizcocho con migajas del mismo y decora al gusto.
