- Posteriormente vamos a bolear cada uno de los trozos que hicimos. Hacemos una especie de casita con nuestra mano y hacemos círculos en la mesa para dar forma de pelota.
- Después de bolear todos los trozos, reservamos en una bandeja y reposamos hasta que dupliquen tamaño.
- Pasado ese tiempo preparamos un sartén con 500 ml de aceite para freír. Tomamos las bolitas que hicimos, las aplastamos y metemos al aceite caliente.
- Freímos por ambos lados y sacamos para escurrir. Luego tomamos una manga y una duya, llenamos con mermelada y rellenamos las berlinesas introduciendo la duya por un costado
- Luego de rellenar vamos a espolvorear azúcar glass por todos los lados de la berlinesa.
- Para finalizar, empatamos con algunas fresas. Y listo ya hemos terminado.
