  9. Colocar la leche en el fuego, agregamos el azúcar, podemos poner canela. Cuando llegue al punto de ebullición, atemperaremos las yemas agregando unas cucharadas de leche.
  10. Después agregamos las yemas y movemos constantemente hasta que espese. Dejamos enfriar.
  11. Con ayuda de una manga rellenaremos de crema pastelera nuestros profiteroles.
  12. Caramelo
    En una cacerola, agregar el azúcar y fundir a fuego directo hasta tener un caramelo dorado.
  13. Con ayuda del caramelo unimos los profiteroles en forma de pirámide. Decoramos al gusto.
