  4. Desmoldar, y dejar enfriar, cortar en tres e hidratar con el almíbar, fundir el chocolate y reservar. Montar la crema y batir, una vez que el chocolate esté a temperatura ambiente verter en la crean en forma de hilo. Rellenar con la crema y nuez y repetir el proceso
  5. Con la misma crema de chocolate restante forrar el pastel y refrigerar. Hacer un ganche, retirar del refrigerador y verter desde el centro hasta las orillas procurando hacer dripping. Terminar de decorar con dulces y chocolates.
