- Partimos por la mitad y colocaremos en un bowl colocando una bolsa en la parte inferior para que al agregar las leches se absorban de manera correcta.
- Enseguida empapamos con suficiente la mezcla de tres leches y agregamos nuestro ganache de chocolate.
- Colocamos la otra parte del bizcocho, empapamos, tapamos y llevamos a refrigeración para que repose y absorba las leches.
- Pasado unos 20 minutos sacamos del refrigerador, colocamos una base sobre el pastel y giramos. Cubrimos con Chantilly utilizando una espátula o alisador. La intención es que nos quede lo más liso posible.
