  2. Derretir el chocolate a baño María, y una vez tibio agregar a la mantequilla en forma de hilo.
  3. Separamos yemas y claras, y hacemos un merengue francés con azúcar y claras.
  4. Agregamos uno en uno las yemas a nuestro merengue francés intercalando secos. Debe quedar una mezcla homogénea.
  5. Verter en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado
  6. Hornear a 180° por 25 minutos
  7. Empezamos hacer el jarabe, llevamos todos los ingredientes a fuego bajo y reservamos. Dejar enfriar.
  8. Para nuestro relleno, empezamos calentando la crema y una vez caliente agregamos los chocolates en trozo. Posteriormente batimos.
  9. Una vez ya horneado el bizcocho desmoldamos y ponemos sobre nuestra base giratoria. Cortamos las partes más doradas para darle más estética a nuestro bizcocho y posteriormente dividimos en tres discos.
  10. Empezamos armar el pastel hidratando con el jarabe la primera parte luego colocamos el relleno y así sucesivamente.
  11. Batimos nuestra crema de chocolate y agregamos una pequeña capa sobre nuestro pastel y llevamos refrigerar.
  12. El resto de crema la batimos y agregamos el colorante negro, damos una capa gruesa de crema a nuestro pastel y dejarlo completamente liso.
  13. Decoramos con nuestro chocolates y estará listo para degustar.
