  7. Después pasamos la crema pastelera a un bowl y dejamos enfriar con una bolsa pegada a la crema para que no le quede una costra
  8. Empezamos a rellenar los profiteroles, cuando tengamos todos listos hacemos nuestro caramelo
  9. Una vez el caramelo tengo un color ámbar los pegamos de uno por uno teniendo cuidado de no quemarnos
  10. Pues espolvoreamos el azúcar glass y decoramos con el caramelo que nos quedó y listo
