  8. Para la crema agregamos 5 cucharadas de azúcar y la fécula de maíz al las yemas y blanqueamos
  9. En un recipiente incorporamos la leche y lo que queda de azúcar hasta llegar a ebullición
  10. Cuando la leche este en ebullición con ayuda de las misma leche atemperamos poco a poco las yemas
  11. Agregamos las yemas y sacamos un poco de la mezcla y agregamos el saborisante en este caso café y revolvemos
  12. Cuando ya casi este la crema agregamos el mezcal revolvemos y reservamos
