  7. Se deja cocer a fuego lento, con tapa, con la propia agua que suelta el grano de elote durante 10 minutos, se calienta el agua casi a punto de hervir y se le agrega. Se deja cocer otros 25 minutos, se rectifica de sal, se le agrega el resto del epazote. Se deja 5-8 minutos más y...listo!! A disfrutar con el clásico piquín, limón y un poco de queso cotija rallado finamente.
