  12. Ahora integramos la mezcla anterior al merengue francés, intercalados con la harina e integramos de manera envolvente, esto para conservar la mayoría cantidad posible de aire en nuestro merengue. Por último añadimos una cucharada de esencia de vainilla.
  13. Vaciamos lentamente la mezcla en una charola con papel encerado y extendemos la mezcla.
  14. Horneamos a 180 ⁰C por 25 - 30 minutos.
  15. Cuadramos el bizcocho y colocamos en un trapo húmedo, espolvoreado con azúcar glas. Este trapo ayudará a enrollar nuestro bizcocho. Añadimos de manera uniforme el relleno de limón y enrollamos.
