- Hacemos tres dobles sencillos y dos dobleces dobles y refrigeramos nuevamente.
- Sacamos la masa del refrigerador y extendemos con un palo.
- Ya extendida la masa con un cuchillo cortamos Todo el extremo para emparejar.
