  14. Ponchar para que saque todo el gas y así tenga más sabor la ciabatta
  15. Amasar y estirar la masa hasta tener una superficie de aproximadamente 1 cm
  16. Cortar en forma de rectángulo y de ahí para piezas individuales
  17. Ponerle mantequilla u harina a una charola para que no se pegue
  18. Ponerle las ciabattas
  19. Llevar al horno aproximadamente 20 min.
  20. Pasados los 20 min sacar las ciabattas y dejar enfriar
