- Vamos a realizar el merengue francés, batimos las claras hasta que queden esponjosas y agregamos el azúcar en forma de lluvia y batimos
- Por otro lado batimos las yemas con la vainilla y agregamos poco a poco el azúcar glass hasta que estén a punto de listo
- Cuando ya esté lista agregamos la harina 1 y mezclamos
- Revolvemos bien para que quede una buena consistencia
- Mezclamos de forma envolvente las yemas y el merengue con cuidado para que no quitar aire
