  6. Después se pelan los chiles quitándole sus semillas y tallo ya que se ocuparan después
  7. En un recipiente freír con un poco de aceite el pan de yema y colocarlo en un plato
  8. En el mismo recipiente freír por separado las pasas y almendras
  9. Enseguida se asan los chiles junto con las semillas
  10. En el mismo comal quemar por completo la tortilla y asar dos dientes de ajo
  11. Tostar el ajonjolí muy poquito e incorporar todos los ingredientes, junto con la cebolla, canela y las especias
  12. Al tener todos los ingredientes listo se llevaran al molino en donde todo ya será la pasta de mole
  13. Teniendo la pasta ahora si en un recipiente limpio a fuego lento se agrega medio litro de caldo de pollo junto con el mole, incorporando todo poco a poco hasta que quede disuelto todo, agregar sal al gusto, el chocolate y listo
  14. Acompañar con una pieza de pollo, arroz blanco y Listo!
