  6. Agregando al igual un poco de nuestro aceite, hasta conseguir una consistencia un tanto viscosa.
  7. La boleamos y pasamos a un bowl, la tapamos con plástico vitafil. Y la dejamos reposar por 30 a 40 minutos aproximadamente.
  8. Una vez pasado el tiempo, la pochamos con las yemas de los dedos. Y la colocamos sobre nuestra mesa con un poco de harina.
  9. Comenzamos a estirar con un rodillohasta conseguir un grosor de un centímetro aproximadamente. Cortamos en rectángulos de 8 cm de largo aproximadamente, y los llevamos a una charola con papel estrella.
  10. Los dejamos reposar por 30 a 40 min aproximadamente, y procederemos a barnizarlos con un poco de aceite. Les colocaremos nuestras aceitunas, y nuestras hortalizas picadas previamente. Y las presionaremos un poco hasta que queden pegadas.
  11. Por último, agregaremos sal y pimienta para condimentar. Incluso, puedes agregar queso parmesano por encima.
