- Es básicamente mezclar el agua con la harina y la levadura obteniendo una mezcla líquida la cual dejaremos fermentar por 40 a 1 hora.
Después de la hora tendrá espuma en la superficie por la levadura y ya estará lista. - Pondremos en una mesa limpia el resto de nuestra harina y agregaremos de poco en poco el poolish.
Ahí mismo agregaremos el aceite de olivo una vez esté integrado el poolish y la harina. - Obtendremos una masa que se sigue pegando y dejaremos reposar por al menos 40 minutos
- Una vez haya doblado su tamaño ponchamos y aplanamos cortando rectángulos de al menos 6X4 cm. Ponemos un poco de aceite de olivo unos cortes en pluma de cebolla y una pizca de sal y dejamos que fermente por al menos 40 min.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo llevamos al horno por 20 a 25 min a 180°C. Y listo nuestra ciabatta está lista.
