  3. Aparte cocemos un huevo a que esté duro, se pela y la clara se corta en cuadritos y se añade, se sazona con una cucharadita de consomé en polvo o sal, finalmente se añade una lata de atún escurrida y 4 o 6 aceitunas cortadas en rueditas. Se deja enfriar.
  4. Se compran discos para empanadas, se les pone agua en las orillas, una cucharada de relleno, se doblan y se cierran con un tenedor y se fríen en un wok con bastante aceite, cuando estén doraditas de sacan sobre servilletas de papel y se sirven acompañadas por el chimichurri.
