Un vez bien estirado se hacen unos dobleces en forma de libro y el lomo debemos tenerlo de lado izquierdo y empezamos a estirar, que hayamos estirado sin romper nuestra masa(en este caso no lo metimos a refrigerar ya que estamos en un lugar un poco frío, sin embargo si isiera calor por cada doblez que se le haga necesita meter al refri)
  6. Al hacer el primer doblez y haberlo estirado el lomo de la misma manera del lado izquierdo y se empieza a estirar repetimos este paso 3 veces y tendremos lista nuestra masa
