  6. En lo que fermenta la masa, vamos a macerar las pasas, en un recipiente colocaremos las pasas junto con el ron.
  7. Una vez que nuestra masa haya doblado su tamaño, poncharemos.
  8. Extenderemos con ayuda de un rodillo y cortaremos orillas para que nos quede un rectángulo. Colocaremos mantequilla, las pasas maceradas y espolvorear azúcar mascabado.
  9. Una vez colocado el relleno, comenzaremos a enrollar por el ancho de nuestra masa.
  10. Cortaremos rollos de 3 dedos de ancho y colocaremos en un refractario con mantequilla dejando espacio entre cada uno.
  11. Dejaremos fermentar, una vez que haya doblado su tamaño, colocaremos un cubito de mantequilla y azúcar mascabado en cada uno de los roles.
  12. Hornear a 180 grados de 25 a 30 minutos.
  13. Colocar en un recipiente el azúcar glass, e ir incorporando el ron poco a poco, mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla un poco espesa.
