  9. Pesamos nuestra masa para poder dividirla en las porciones que nos salga
  10. Una vez ya cortada nuestra masa empezamos a bolear
  11. Le untamos manteca vegetal a cada una de nuestra masa
  12. Ahora hacemos la costra para nuestra masa. ocuparemos la manteca vegetal y el azúcar glas y la harina
  13. Si se nos pega demasiado en la mano la mezcla de la manteca, el azúcar glas y la harina la podemos meter al refrigerador unos minutos esto para poder trabajarla bien
  14. Una vez obtenida nuestra mezcla hacemos una especie de tortilla y se la ponemos a nuestra masa ojo la especie de tortilla que hicimos debe ser un poco grande para nuestra masa ya que nuestra masa va a volver a doblar de tamaño
  15. Ya que nuestra masa tenga la costra la dejamos para que doble de tamaños
  16. Lo metemos al horno a 180° c por 20 a 30 minutos
    le podemos bajar la temperatura
  17. Lo sacamos del horno y listo ya tenemos nuestras conchas
  18. Repetimos el mismo proceso para la costra negra que seria cocoa, azúcar glas, la manteca vegetal y la harina
  19. Y listo ya tenemos nuestras conchas blancas y negras
