- Agregamos nuestra mezcla de levadura al bowl que contiene los ingredientes secos y empezamos a mezclar con los dedos. Hasta formar una masa homogénea.



- Agregamos uno por uno los huevos e integramos.

- Al integrar bien los ingredientes anteriores, pasamos la masa a una superficie limpia para seguir amasando.

- En este punto es muy probable que la masa esté muy pegajosa. Es importante tener paciencia y seguir amasando hasta que sea una masa suave. Durante el proceso empezamos a integrar poco a poco nuestras grasas (manteca de cerdo, mantequilla y margarina). Seguir trabajando hasta conseguir una masa suave.



- Llevamos nuestra masa a un recipiente y dejamos reposando hasta que doble en tamaño.

- Por otra parte empezamos a hacer la pasta que cubrirá nuestro pan.

- En una superficie empezamos a trabajar con la manteca hasta que tenga una consistencia de pomada. Para poder agregar los otros dos ingredientes. Integramos hasta tener la pasta. La pasta se puede dividir en dos y a una parte agregar cocoa.


- Cuando la masa ya haya doblado su tamaño la ponchamos y la pesamos en porciones de 50 o como máximo 60 gr.


- Boleamos nuestras porciones de masa las dejamos reposar y posteriormente las cubrimos con la pasta. Dejar reposar y cuando doble su tamaño llevar al horno de 20 a 25 minutos a 180 ⁰C.
