- Hacer este paso por toda la pieza con mucho cuidado para evitar que los gases formados por la segunda fermentación se vayan.
- Después de hacer los cortes, barnizar la superficie de los panes con un poco de huevo batido esto para darles un poco de color.
- Hornear a 200°C hasta que los panes estén dorados.
