  5. Rellenar los círculos de masa con el jitomate concassé, el queso mozzarella, el queso ricotta, las rodajas de pepperoni, la albahaca y un poco de aceite de oliva.
  6. Sellar con agua y doblar por la mitad.
    Colocar en una charola con papel encerado y levar al horno durante 20 minutos a 200°C.
