  10. Posteriormente incorporar el vino blanco y ligeramente agregar el tomate molido y sazonar con el orégano, sal y pimienta. Agregar un poco de caldo de res y hervir a fuego muy bajo durante una hora.
  11. Aparte en un refractario engrasado con mantequilla colocar una capa de pasta y cubrir uniformemente con la salsa bechamel.
  12. Extender encima del ragù alla boloñesa. Espolvorear con el queso parmesano y continuar con capa y capa hasta terminar con queso.
  13. Hornear durante 15 minutos. Servir.
