- 6 tomates bola
- 1/4 cebolla picada en brunoise
- 1 cucharadita albahaca seca
- 2 dientes ajo
- 150 ml puré de tomate

- c/n aceite de oliva extra virgen
- Para la masa de pizza y relleno
- 2 cucharadas levadura seca
- 20 gr azúcar
- 200 ml agua tibia
- 300 gr harina de trigo
- 20 ml aceite de oliva extra virgen
- c/n chorizo
- c/n queso mozzarella

- Para la salsa: tener preparados los ingredientes
- Cortar los tomates por la mitad, exprimir el tomate con ayuda de un colador hasta sacar las semillas para reservar el jugo y la cáscara del tomate.
- En un sartén colocamos 2 cda de aceite de oliva y agregamos las cáscara de tomate exprimido, tapamos hasta que ablanden.
- Cuando el tomate esté casi desecho agregamos 100 ml del jugo del tomate que se sacó, con 100 ml de agua y cocinamos a flama alta. Mover constantemente.
- Licuar todo el tomate con su jugo y reservamos.
- En la mismo sartén colocar 15 ml de aceite para sofreír la cebolla y el ajo hasta caramelizar.
- Agregar el tomate licuado y revolvemos de 3 a 4 minutos.
Después agregamos 300 ml de agua y 150 ml de puré de tomate. (El puré de tomate es para profundizar el color de la salsa). Condimentar al gusto con la albahaca y sal.
Tapar y dejar reducir por 30 min, a fuego medio (hasta que se empiece a espesar) - Agregar un poco de aceite de oliva y ya estará la salsa para pizza
- Para la masa de pizza: tener todos los ingredientes
- Agregar la levadura seca, el azúcar y el agua tibia, revolver hasta que sea homogéneo
- Dejarlo reposar por 10 min
- Agregar los 300 gr de harina de trigo, 20 ml de aceite de oliva, la levadura y 1/2 cucharada de sal.
- Unir todo hasta tener una masa homogénea, colocar un poco de harina de trigo en la mesa y empezar a amasar
- Estará lista cuánto lo aplastamos y regresa a su estado original
- Agregar aceite de oliva en un recipiente y esparcirlo. Colocar la bola de masa en el recipiente y barnizarlo con un poco más de aceite, taparlo con papel de platicó y dejarlo reposar por 4 horas.
- Pasado el tiempo colocar la masa en la mesa y partirla en dos ya que te saldrán dos pizzas.
- Añadir un poco de harina en la mesa y empezar a darle forma a la masa (si tienes un molde circular también puedes hacerlo ahí)
- Tener preparado nuestros ingredientes y pinchamos con un tenedor la base de la pizza.
- Colocar la salsa, en queso mozzarella, el chorizo, barnizar la orillas con aceite de oliva y opcional agregar chile en rodajas.(Yo hice dos pizzas de dos formas, así que hazlo como más te guste)
- Llevarlo al horno a 220 °C por 10 min
