  3. Esta mezcla la vamos a verter en la bandeja de las alitas y revolvemos hasta que cubran todo el pollo, ponemos un poco del aderezo para alitas.
  4. Dejamos 20 min para que se sazone y ahora si éstas se pueden hacer asadas o fritas. 1)asadas poner en la parrilla por 15 min por ambos lados voltear y voltear. 2)fritas metemos en una olla amplia con aceite caliente y cuando cambie de color más o menos 30 min sacamos.
  5. Servimos... Y acompañamos con la salsa búfalo, tajín, limón y habanero...
