  2. Una vez caliente el aceite agregamos el jitomate colado, añadimos las hierbas de olor, tapamos y esperamos a que se sazone, es decir que cambie de color.
  3. Cuando ya ha sazonado incorporamos las papas, el pollo, ten cuidado recuerda que el jitomate está muy caliente.
  4. Agrega el agua hasta cubrir el pollo, tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 1 hora con 15 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido y las papas suavecitas.
